We can take your items that hold value and sell for you at our auctions and remove the rubbish that needs to be disposed off rather than just knit picking the valuables. We offer a free site visit/quotation to discuss your clearance so we can talk you through all the different options of what we think will sell and what needs to be disposed of. We will provide you with a waste carriers notice for all rubbish removed so you can relax knowing its all been removed correctly.

 

The Clearance Process? 

 

To start the process of our clearance service, we require you to phone our office or email us and arrange an appointment with our estimator (Gary).  

 

Our estimator will then look at the house/office/items which you would like cleared, are give you a quote for the job. Your estimate will be sent by email or sent in the post. (Every clearance price is different depending on the rubbish weight, packing, the quantity and quality of your goods. You will be given the option to choose from a set clearance price, or a variable one depending on how you would like to proceeded and the value of items inside the property.

Once you have agreed a price, you will then be required to get in contact with the office staff and arrange a date. Booking as early as you can is preferred so you can insure you get the date(s) you want. To insure your date you will be required to sign and acceptance form so you are covered by our liability and pay a booking fee (this will be taken off your final invoice). 

 

After all the above has been taken place, our specialist team will turn up on the date you booked and time you arranged prior to do your clearance. Your property will be left as you require with the items cleared.
